We had our first meals last night, and wow! We were blown away!!! The taste, texture and presentation of the risotto was absolutely spot on, and was just delicious. I have to say, the best risotto I have ever eaten. Gerald had the lasagna, and as a lasagna 'connoisseur' the world over, he's says that the lasagna was well balanced and most enjoyable, definitely on his top ten lasagna list of all time!

We're looking forward to our vegetarian enchiladas tonight, with some salad on the side.

Just a quick note to say thank you for a fantastic meal at Christmas time. We travelled from interstate to be with ageing parents and no-one had the time to prepare Christmas dinner but, thanks to you, we had a fantastic meal.
We ordered individual meals instead of the Christmas dinner because there were a range of special dietary requirements and your range of meals made catering for them incredibly easy.
The helping sizes were great and we kept a number of meals aside for Boxing Day lunch and other left overs.
