Ordering

• Please check our delivery map to ensure you are located within our delivery area


• Minimum order for delivery $70. This may include an order of $55 and the flat $15 delivery fee


• Self Catering orders (platters, fingerfood etc.) cannot be left unattended. If no one is present to collect orders drivers are instructed not to leave them. If orders are returned to the kitchen we cannot guarantee that they can be re-delivered. If they cannot be re-delivered orders will be cancelled with no refund given. Additional deliveries of orders will incur courier charges.


• Fresh Ready Meals are delivered in an insulated box with ice packs and may be left at the customer's risk.  Please provide instructions on a safe place for us to leave your order.


• Deliveries of meals are during business hours from Tuesday - Friday across Melbourne.  Delivery to the Mornington Peninsula is on Wednesdays & Fridays. Please allow 48 hours notice.


• Catering orders such as platters and fingerfood is available Monday to Saturday.   As we prepare everything to order, please allow 48 hours notice.


• Please allow 48 hours notice for all orders.


• Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will require payment in full. No refund will be given.


• Guest numbers must be confirmed 4 days prior to the event. Any subsequent drop in numbers after this will not be deducted from the final account and must be paid for in full. Additional numbers can be taken up to 24 hours prior to function.


• A deposit of 30% is payable to secure all onsite bookings.


• Penalty rates may apply to staff required on Public Holidays, after normal business hours or peak holiday periods.


• Breakage/damage or loss to any hired/supplied equipment will be charged directly to the client at the replacement cost.


• Orders cannot be returned once opened and consumed. Should you be unhappy with any part of your order please contact us immediately.


• We will not sell, display or pass on any of your private information given. It is kept in strictest confidence and only used for the purpose of filling orders and communicating future specials and products associated with eat @ home.


• Customers take full responsibility of all orders once they have been delivered as per instructions given. This includes deterioration or damage to orders once delivered. If drivers are unable to access the delivery area given in a safe and manageable manner orders will not be left. Where there is a possible danger to drivers through guard dogs, security features or otherwise orders will not be left.


• Every effort is made to ensure accuracy of all information displayed on this site. Some variations may occur in products and related nutritional data due to seasonal availability. Those following strict diets should always check with their doctor first.


• eat@home will not be liable for any damage arising from using this site
• LIQUOR LICENSE
o eat @home's liquor license number is - 36110544
o Orders for liquor cannot be left unattended and must be received by a person aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required.
o Liquor cannot be delivered on Good Friday or Christmas Day
o WARNING
 Under the liquor control reform act 1998 it is an offence
   To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years                          (penalty exceeds $7,000)
 For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $500)
