$45.00 p/person.  Price includes cooking & serving staff (3.5 hrs). 

BBQ is served as a buffet.  Crockery & cutlery hire additional $5 pp  

Served with dinner rolls, seeded mustard, butter portions, tomato sauce and relish.

Standing Entrée :  Tasmanian beef pies, Turkey cranberry & rocket pinwheels, Smoked salmon tartlets

- Lemon, thyme and garlic or Portuguese style French cut chicken drumsticks
